I transitioned my already vegan diet/lifestyle towards a more high carb/low fat vegan diet to finally losing the excess weight I’ve carried since I was a child. And it’s working!

So glad to hear someone's success story. I'm now a vegan after being a vegetarian for a while and it just so happened that I'm a HCLF vegan lol. I didn't try but after I started logging my calories on an app and it told me the nutrients I was getting that was the result. This is only my first weekend as a vegan so I'm excited to see process later on.
